I played football at professional level, then studied sport and movement science: how a body learns, how it adapts, and why a frightened child learns nothing until the fear goes.

For three years I have coached across Dubai: parents in strength and conditioning, their children in swimming and athletic development. Emirates Hills, Al Barari, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Hills Estate, Arabian Ranches and Creek Harbour. Often the same families year after year, first in the water, later on the court.

Then the diary filled. Turning families away was not an option, and neither was handing them to whoever was free. So FamFit became a team, trained in the same method and built around one rule: one household, one point of contact, every discipline underneath it.
